AIRRF MISSION & VISION

  • AIRRF is providing a platform for regular inter-action for Railway Pensioners through periodic Meetings of General Body and Executive Committee.

  • Provided an effective forum to represent for redressal of grievances of Railway Pensioners, Family Pensioners and Secondary family pensioners.

  • Frequently interacting with Doctors, Medical Departmental officials in getting timely treatment and availing the facilities at empaneled hospitals.

  • Developing greater Health Awareness among the Pensioners by holding Medical Camps and Medical Seminars.

  • Publication of Railway Federation, a bi monthly magazine for keeping Pensioners abreast with the latest Rules and orders on related issues.

  • Multifarious Website for Railway Pensioners for "Keeping Pensioners in touch with Past Present and Future"

  • Registration under "SANKALP" - an initiative od DOP&PW - to involve Senior Citizens in meaningful Social work.

  • Helping through personal contributions the poor, needy and the destitute children, widows and the elderly through various NGOs working in the region.

  • To promote and to protect the interest of all retired Railway officials and those who are members of the Society, by legitimate and constitutional means.

  • To watch, defend and to promote the interest, rights and privileges of all Retired Railway officials irrespective of caste and religion, creed, race or sex in all matters relating to their previous services.
